Ann- thanks for your nice comments! No, we weren't able to go to the top of the tower either, as it wasn't allowed. Probably safety issues.

This is a wonderfully clear, crisp image, Sue. Did you go to the top of the tower? For some reason, which I don't remember, visitors were not being allowed up when I was in Pisa.
